Use /task to create cards, manage checklists, move items between lists, and keep your whole team in sync - without ever switching apps.
Sound familiar?
Constant context-switching kills focus. Every time someone leaves Discord to create a task, momentum breaks - and things get forgotten.
Great idea in Discord - lost by the time anyone opens Trello. Action items disappear into the chat.
Opening Trello, finding the right board, creating a card, going back to Discord. Every task costs 60 seconds of friction.
Updates happen in Trello but the team only checks Discord. Cards go stale. Nobody knows what's actually done.
How it works
Three simple steps from installation to your first task.
Add the Power-Up to your Trello board, then link your Discord server and choose which channel to watch. Takes under two minutes.
/task in DiscordUse the slash command with a title, optional description, and #labels. Attach files directly to the command.
Your Trello card is created instantly. Discord opens a dedicated thread for subtasks - replies become checklist items automatically.
Features
Powerful enough for daily standups. Simple enough that anyone on your team can use it in under a minute.
Each card automatically gets its own Discord thread. Reply to add subtasks - every message becomes a checklist item on the Trello card.
React with ✅ on any subtask message in the thread to mark it complete in Trello. No typing, no switching - one tap finishes the job.
Reply /move inside a task thread to shift that card to any list on your board - without touching Trello.
Use #bug #urgent #feature directly in your command. Labels are created on your board automatically if they don't exist yet.
Attach images, documents, and files directly in the /task command. They're forwarded to your Trello card automatically - no manual uploads needed.
Changes in Discord reflect in Trello instantly. Updates in Trello sync back to Discord every 30 seconds - both sides always stay current.

/move work from any Discord channel? No - /move must be used inside a task thread created by the bot. It has no effect in regular channels. This keeps commands linked to the correct Trello card automatically.

/task?Any file that Discord allows as an attachment - images (PNG, JPG, GIF), documents (PDF, DOCX), and more. The file is forwarded directly to the Trello card.
Deleting your account permanently removes all stored data - board configs, thread mappings, and tokens - from our servers. This action cannot be undone. You can also export all your data first from the settings panel.
